Rara Avis is a motor sailing yacht created for guests who value comfort, tradition, and an experience that feels thoughtfully managed from the first day on board. Built as the culmination of more than seventy years of seafaring heritage, she reflects a family-led approach to yachting where experience, care, and continuity quietly shape the journey.

At 33 metres, Rara Avis offers a reassuring sense of space without feeling imposing. She accommodates up to twelve guests across six cabins and is supported by a professional crew of six, allowing the onboard experience to remain attentive, calm, and well balanced throughout the charter.

INTERIOR & ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation aboard Rara Avis is arranged to feel consistent, comfortable, and easy to settle into. The six cabins include a full master suite, a VIP cabin, and four double cabins, all with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, and practical storage, supporting relaxed stays for families and groups travelling together.

Interiors are warm and contemporary, designed to feel welcoming rather than formal. Natural materials, soft finishes, and generous windows bring light into the living spaces, while the main salon combines dining, lounge, and bar areas into one open setting that supports shared time without feeling crowded.

OUTDOOR LIVING

Outdoor life is central to the Rara Avis experience. The shaded aft deck is arranged for relaxed dining and conversation, while the foredeck and upper deck offer additional seating and lounging areas throughout the day.

The sundeck is a natural highlight, featuring a large jacuzzi, sun mattresses, shaded seating zones, and an outdoor shower. These spaces allow guests to spread out comfortably, whether enjoying quiet moments or gathering together, without the deck ever feeling busy or overused.

Charter Fee includes: Accommodation for maximum 8 guests in 4 cabins, use of recreational equipment (SUP, kayak, donut, snorkeling gear), crew of 10 and their expenses, insurance of the yacht, tourist taxes, Wi-Fi.

APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance): 35% of charter fee paid with the balance for covering running costs during the charter: Fuel approx. 3000 €/week (depend on fuel consumption) is also charged from the APA. Port and marina fees, Sea Doo and tender operated water sports, national park entrances, custom fees and charter licenses if chartered outside of Croatia, food and drinks options, and anything else that guests might need while on charter. A strict set of accounts is held by the captain throughout the charter and any funds not spent are refunded to the client in full.
APA to be paid in cash on board or as a wire transfer with the last payment toa shipping agent’s account. If APA is to be paid as a wire transfer, commission of 1,5% for the shipping agent will be deducted from the APA.

NOTE: Gratuities / tips for the crew are not included, the industry’s standard is 5% to 15% of base charter rate, given at the Charterer’s discretion.

Booking terms: Option is placed on explicit e-mail request, and is active until agreed date. Booking needs to be confirmed while option is active. Option expires after agreed date without special warning. Please take care of your option expiration. Booking is confirmed when agreement is signed by both parties and deposit paid.

Payment conditions: Deposit: 50 % of charter fee – immediately, as confirmation of booking
Balance: 50 % of charter fee + other costs – not later than 6 weeks before charter commencement
Mean of payment: wire transfer to account of Charter Broker.

PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE
transfers from/to the airports/yachts/hotels, crew tip, €1.000 repositioning fee for embarkation /disembarkation in any other port except base port, if “empty leg” is caused.

REMARKS:
To drive a jet ski in Croatia one needs to have a boat driving permit with him/her when on the WaveRunner. It is forbidden to allow a person to drive a WaveRunner if one does not have a licence with him/her and is under 18 yrs old.
A crew gratuity is customary and not in the price included (usually varies from 10% to 20% of the charter fee)
