Launching in 2025, MAIA represents the personal vision of Captain Filip Jakir, bringing together decades of maritime experience with a refined understanding of what makes time at sea genuinely enjoyable. Her design combines classic motor yacht proportions with modern lines and carefully considered detailing, creating a yacht that feels confident, composed, and quietly elegant.

At just over 53 metres, MAIA offers the volume and comfort of a significantly larger yacht while maintaining an atmosphere that remains relaxed and intimate. She is equally well suited to peaceful anchorages and longer passages, with a sense of calm that carries naturally through every deck and interior space.

DESIGNED FOR SPACE, COMFORT, AND FLOW

MAIA accommodates up to twelve guests across six well-proportioned cabins, each designed to offer privacy, comfort, and a sense of ease. The layout includes a full master suite, two VIP cabins, and three convertible cabins, allowing flexibility for families, couples, or groups of friends.

Interiors are light-filled and contemporary, with warm materials, soft tones, and wide windows that frame the surrounding seascape. Every cabin is designed to feel considered rather than formal — comfortable spaces that encourage rest and relaxation.

A distinctive feature of MAIA is her multi-purpose cabin, which can be configured as a wellness space, gym, or additional guest cabin. This adaptability allows each charter to be shaped around the preferences and rhythm of the guests onboard.

For guests who enjoy being active, MAIA carries a comprehensive selection of water toys, including Seabobs, e-foils, paddleboards, kayaks, inflatable platforms, and an inflatable slide. Easy access to the sea ensures that time at anchor feels relaxed, flexible, and enjoyable.

MAIA is operated by a professional crew of ten, led by Captain Filip Jakir. Service onboard is attentive and well-timed, offering support when needed while maintaining discretion at all times.

Charter Fee includes: Accommodation for maximum 12 guests in 6 cabins, use of recreational equipment (SUP, kayak, donut, snorkeling gear), crew of 10 and their expenses, insurance of the yacht, tourist taxes, Wi-Fi.

APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance): 30% of charter fee To cover the following costs, but not limited to: fuel for the main engines and generators; fuel for tender and water sports equipment; food and beverages for the Charter Party; port fees; marina fees and anchorages; national park entrances; shipping agents’ fees; custom fees and charter licenses if cruising in Montenegro or Italy and other costs for services requested by Charter Party during the charter such as but not limited to hire or purchase costs of any special equipment placed on board at the Charterer’s request; shoreside transport and excursions.

NOTE: Gratuities / tips for the crew are not included, the industry’s standard is 5% to 15% of base charter rate, given at the Charterer’s discretion.

Booking terms: Option is placed on explicit e-mail request, and is active until agreed date. Booking needs to be confirmed while option is active. Option expires after agreed date without special warning. Please take care of your option expiration. Booking is confirmed when agreement is signed by both parties and deposit paid.

Payment conditions: Deposit: 50 % of charter fee – immediately, as confirmation of booking Balance: 50 % of charter fee + other costs – not later than 6 weeks before charter commencement Mean of payment: wire transfer to account of Charter Broker.

* To drive a Personal Watercraft in Croatia one needs to have a boat driving permit with him/her when on the Personal Watercraft. It is forbidden to allow a person to drive a Personal Watercraft if one does not have a license with him/her. If the person does not have this, it is possible to obtain one while in Croatia. Contact us for more details on Croatian license for Personal Watercraft, but we strongly suggest obtaining one in your country.
