Launching in 2025, MAIA reflects the personal vision of Captain Filip Jakir, bringing together decades of maritime experience with a clear understanding of how time at sea should feel.

At just over 53 metres, MAIA offers the volume and stability of a significantly larger yacht, while maintaining an atmosphere that remains relaxed and approachable. She is equally suited to longer passages and slow days at anchor, with a sense of calm that carries naturally through every space onboard.
Interior & Accommodation
MAIA accommodates up to twelve guests across six well-proportioned cabins, designed with comfort, privacy, and flexibility in mind. The layout includes a full-beam master suite, two VIP cabins, and three convertible cabins, allowing the arrangement to adapt easily to families, couples, or mixed groups.
Interiors are light-filled and contemporary, defined by warm materials, soft tones, and wide windows that keep a constant connection to the sea. Each cabin feels considered and comfortable, designed for rest rather than formality.

Charter Information
Charter Fee includes: Accommodation for maximum 12 guests in 6 cabins, use of recreational equipment (SUP, kayak, donut, snorkeling gear), crew of 10 and their expenses, insurance of the yacht, tourist taxes, Wi-Fi.
APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance): 30% of charter fee To cover the following costs, but not limited to: fuel for the main engines and generators; fuel for tender and water sports equipment; food and beverages for the Charter Party; port fees; marina fees and anchorages; national park entrances; shipping agents’ fees; custom fees and charter licenses if cruising in Montenegro or Italy and other costs for services requested by Charter Party during the charter such as but not limited to hire or purchase costs of any special equipment placed on board at the Charterer’s request; shoreside transport and excursions.
NOTE: Gratuities / tips for the crew are not included, the industry’s standard is 5% to 15% of base charter rate, given at the Charterer’s discretion.
Booking terms: Option is placed on explicit e-mail request, and is active until agreed date. Booking needs to be confirmed while option is active. Option expires after agreed date without special warning. Please take care of your option expiration. Booking is confirmed when agreement is signed by both parties and deposit paid.
Payment conditions: Deposit: 50 % of charter fee – immediately, as confirmation of booking Balance: 50 % of charter fee + other costs – not later than 6 weeks before charter commencement Mean of payment: wire transfer to account of Charter Broker.
* To drive a Personal Watercraft in Croatia one needs to have a boat driving permit with him/her when on the Personal Watercraft. It is forbidden to allow a person to drive a Personal Watercraft if one does not have a license with him/her. If the person does not have this, it is possible to obtain one while in Croatia. Contact us for more details on Croatian license for Personal Watercraft, but we strongly suggest obtaining one in your country.
