Villa de Sueños is an exceptional private estate in Ibiza’s sought-after S’Estanyol area. Set within approximately 24,000 square meters of grounds, its elevated position opens to sweeping views across the Mediterranean toward Formentera.
Palms and greenery surround the terraces, creating space to relax in privacy. When you feel like exploring, the village of Jesús, Ibiza Town and Marina Botafoch are within easy reach by car.
Interior & Accommodation
Inside Villa de Sueños, expansive windows bring natural light and sea views into the main living room. Generous seating areas offer space for everyone to come together, whether for a quiet morning or a relaxed evening at home.
The dining area seats up to 14 guests and sits beside the well-equipped kitchen. An office space is available for guests who need to attend to work during their stay.
Five en-suite bedrooms are arranged across two floors, with one on the ground floor and four on the upper floor. The villa accommodates up to ten guests.

Two of the upper-floor suites have emperor-size beds. The other two upper-floor bedrooms and the ground-floor bedroom each have a super king-size bed.
Every bedroom has air conditioning, underfloor heating, a television with Netflix and a safe. The villa has six bathrooms in total.
