The villa accommodates up to 12 guests in six en-suite bedrooms, with a layout that offers space to gather and room for privacy. Mallorcan textiles and individual works of art give the interiors a personal character, while a heated pool, outdoor Jacuzzi, sauna, and gym provide plenty to enjoy at home.
A villa manager, 50 hours of private chef service per week, and housekeeping Monday through Saturday support an easy, well-cared-for stay. Food and beverages are charged separately.
The Setting
Luz Del Sol occupies a southwest-facing hillside plot above Cala Llamp, with broad views across the sea and the surrounding rocky coastline. Terraces arranged along the front of the villa make the most of this outlook, with places to sit in the shade or enjoy the afternoon sun.
Set at the end of a cul-de-sac, the property has a quiet, residential setting backed by rugged slopes and Mediterranean greenery. Port d’Andratx is approximately six minutes away by car, allowing time at home to sit comfortably alongside waterfront lunches and evenings around the harbor.
Interior & Accommodation
The main living and dining spaces open onto broad terraces, keeping the sea in view throughout the day. Soft neutral tones, natural textures, and textiles woven in Mallorca give the rooms warmth, while individual works of art add color and character.
Comfortable seating provides room to gather indoors, with a separate dining area for meals overlooking the coast. The main kitchen is equipped with Gaggenau appliances and a wine refrigerator, complemented by an outdoor kitchen for barbecues and a kitchenette in the separate apartment.
Air conditioning and underfloor heating provide comfort across the seasons. Wi-Fi and a Sonos sound system serve the indoor and outdoor living areas, while a wine cellar adds another considered feature to the home.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Luz Del Sol accommodates up to 12 guests in six double bedrooms, each with air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom. The rooms are distributed between the main house and externally accessed accommodation, offering privacy for guests who appreciate their own space.
Two principal suites occupy the first floor of the main house. Each has a 200 × 200 cm bed, a dressing room, and a balcony with sea views. Their bathrooms include double sinks, a walk-in shower, and a freestanding bathtub.
A third bedroom on the ground floor of the main house has a 160 × 200 cm bed, sea views, terrace access, and an en-suite shower room.
Two further bedrooms have external entrances. The ground-floor room has a 160 × 200 cm bed, sea views, terrace access, and a bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower. The first-floor room has a 180 × 200 cm bed, a sea-view balcony, and an en-suite shower room.
The sixth bedroom sits in a separate apartment below pool level. It has a 160 × 200 cm bed, garden views, a living area, a kitchenette, and an en-suite shower room.
All six bathrooms have underfloor heating. Families with younger children should consider the external entrances and separate apartment when planning room allocations.
Outdoor Living & Wellbeing
The terraces extend the villa’s living spaces toward the sea, with shaded seating, outdoor dining, and sun loungers beside the 15 × 5-meter pool. An outdoor kitchen and barbecue make it easy to enjoy meals outside, while garden areas offer further places to settle with a book or spend time together.
Pool heating to 28°C is included, along with heating for the outdoor Jacuzzi. Both have automatic covers.
Inside, the wellness area includes a KLAFS sauna with SANARIUM, a shower, changing facilities, and a separate restroom. The adjacent gym has Technogym equipment and sea views, giving guests space to maintain their usual routine during their stay.
Table tennis and table football provide additional ways to spend an afternoon at home.

For time by the water, Cala Llamp is approximately 1.9 kilometers away, while Beach Club Gran Folies is around 1.5 kilometers from the property. The villa’s elevated position offers wide coastal views; reaching the waterfront is best planned by car.

Palma de Mallorca Airport is approximately 44 kilometers from Luz Del Sol, with an estimated driving time of 36 minutes. Allow additional time during busy travel periods. Guests arriving by private aviation should confirm ground transfer arrangements with their flight operator before traveling.
A rental car or prearranged driver is useful for the villa’s hillside location and trips to Port d’Andratx and the waterfront. Airport transfers are not listed among the included services.
