Set within approximately 20,000 m² of private grounds, Cala Jondal Exclusive sits on a pine-covered hillside overlooking one of Ibiza’s best-known bays. The elevated position brings open sea views, while terraces and planted gardens create different places to gather or find a quiet moment.
Below, Cala Jondal offers beachside dining and days by the water. Back at the villa, the gated grounds give you space to retreat—close to the bay’s social scene, with a private setting to return to.
Interior & Accommodation
White interiors, marble surfaces and curved architectural details give Cala Jondal Exclusive a distinctive character. In the living room, generous sofas invite everyone to settle in, with doors opening onto the terraces so conversation can drift between indoors and out.
A formal dining area and indoor bar set the scene for evenings together, while the fully equipped kitchen connects to an outdoor terrace. With four en-suite bedrooms accommodating eight guests, the villa balances shared living spaces with the privacy of a room of your own.

Cala Jondal Exclusive accommodates up to eight guests in four double bedrooms, each with air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom. Three bedrooms have sea views and terrace access, while the fourth overlooks the garden.
Two of the sea-facing bedrooms have king beds. One has an en-suite bathroom with a jetted bathtub; the other has a shower. The third sea-facing room has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a jetted bathtub.
The garden-facing bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite shower room, offering an alternative for guests who prefer a garden outlook.
All four bedrooms include satellite television and a mini fridge. The villa has five bathrooms in total.
