This staffed coastal home accommodates up to 12 guests across six en-suite bedrooms. There is space to spend time together over long lunches and poolside afternoons, alongside separate terraces and quieter corners for time on your own.
A chef, chef assistant, serving staff, and daily housekeeping support your stay. Direct beach access and an included boat day for stays of seven nights or more make exploring the coast part of the experience. Food, beverages, and fuel are charged separately.
The Setting
Ocean Paradise occupies a frontline position in Es Cubells, on Ibiza’s southern coast, with the hillside rising behind the villa and open Mediterranean views ahead. Its low white buildings and wooden terraces follow the contours of the site, bringing the living spaces close to the water.
The grounds offer a choice of places to gather or enjoy some privacy. Poolside decks open toward the sea, shaded terraces provide space for relaxed meals, and quieter seating areas are tucked along the coastal edge.
Steps lead down to the beach at Ses Boques, connecting the villa directly to the shoreline. The property extends across several levels, so guests should be comfortable using steps between terraces, accommodation, and beach access.
Interior & Accommodation
Large sliding glass doors connect the main living area with the terraces, keeping the Mediterranean in view while allowing the group to move easily between indoors and out. Soft linen upholstery, wood furnishings, and natural stone give the interiors a relaxed, tactile character.
The open-plan space brings together a lounge, an indoor dining table seating up to 16, and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. Comfortable sofa seating and a home cinema with a digital projector provide a place to gather for a film or spend a quieter evening inside.
A separate professional kitchen allows the chef team to prepare meals away from the main guest living area. This arrangement leaves the shared kitchen available to guests while supporting daily dining service.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Ocean Paradise accommodates up to 12 guests across six bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The rooms are distributed across the property, allowing couples and families some independence while sharing the villa’s living spaces.
The spacious master suite sits on the lower terrace with its own external entrance and sea views. It includes a dressing room and office area, alongside an en-suite bathroom with a freestanding bathtub, walk-in shower, and steam room. Two further bedrooms beside the pool also enjoy sea views and have en-suite shower rooms.
Bedrooms four and five can connect to create a family suite or be accessed separately. Bedroom five includes a mezzanine double bed described as suitable for children; its use and suitability should be confirmed when arranging your group’s rooms. The sixth bedroom has a private entrance off the side terrace and an en-suite shower room.
The separate entrances and changes in level are worth considering when allocating rooms, particularly for families with young children or guests with limited mobility.

Outdoor Living & Wellbeing
The 13-by-5-meter private pool sits at the center of Ocean Paradise’s outdoor living spaces. Wooden decks provide room for sun loungers and daybeds, with open sea views and shaded seating nearby. Along the edge of the grounds, smaller terraces offer quieter places to read, talk, or rest.
A covered upper terrace seats up to 18 for outdoor meals overlooking the Mediterranean. Closer to the beach, a second sheltered dining area seats 16 and includes a barbecue and pizza oven. Together, these spaces give the group a choice of settings for chef-prepared meals throughout the stay.
The villa’s wellness facilities include a steam room, massage tables, and a gym with sea views. Treatments can be discussed when planning your stay. A games room adds table tennis, a pool table, table football, and vintage arcade machines for time away from the sun.

A minimum €5,000 cash float is required on arrival for food, beverages, and fuel. Spending updates are provided daily, and the float is replenished as needed.
Vehicle drivers must be over 26. A separate €2,500 risk deposit applies per vehicle.
Location & Surroundings
Ocean Paradise is located in Es Cubells on Ibiza’s southern coast, where pine-covered hills meet small coves and waterfront restaurants. The village is approximately 2.6 kilometers away, around six minutes by car, while the nearest shop is approximately eight minutes away.
Direct access to the shoreline at Ses Boques allows guests to spend time by the water close to home. For outings along the coast, Es Torrent is approximately 14 minutes away by car, and the Cala Jondal area offers further options for beachside dining.
The included vehicles make exploring the island more convenient, while a driver can be arranged through the house manager at an additional cost. Restaurant reservations are worth planning ahead during busy periods. Many coastal venues operate seasonally, and driving times vary with traffic.

Arrival & Practical Information Ocean Paradise
Ibiza Airport is approximately 20 kilometers from Ocean Paradise, with a driving time of around 30 minutes. Airport transfers are included on arrival and departure, helping the group travel directly to the villa.
For guests arriving by private aircraft, transfer arrangements can be coordinated once flight details and arrival times are confirmed. Preferred check-in is at 4 p.m., with checkout at 10 a.m. Stays run from Saturday to Saturday, with a minimum of seven nights.
The villa occupies a sloping coastal site, with steps connecting accommodation, terraces, and beach access. It is not wheelchair accessible. Families with young children should consider the pool, mezzanine sleeping area, and shoreline access when planning room arrangements and supervision.
Smoking is not permitted. Requests involving pets, events, or special gatherings require confirmation before booking.
