Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

To secure a reservation at Beach House Arvi West, a 30% booking payment is required upon confirmation. The remaining balance is payable no later than eight weeks prior to arrival.

The initial booking payment is non-refundable and will be retained in the event of cancellation. For cancellations made within eight weeks of arrival, the full rental amount will apply as a cancellation fee.

Early Booking Reservations

Reduced early booking rates apply to eligible reservations confirmed before February 1st, 2027.

To benefit from these preferred rates, full prepayment of the rental amount is required at the time of booking confirmation. Early booking reservations remain non-refundable in the event of cancellation or no-show.

Additional Notes

A refundable security deposit of €3,000 applies to all stays.

During selected low-season periods, requests for smaller groups or reduced bedroom occupancy may be considered upon availability.

Private events including weddings, ceremonies, celebrations, and professional photo shoots may be arranged subject to prior approval and tailored booking conditions.

Climate Resilience Tax

In accordance with current Greek regulations, a Climate Crisis Resilience Tax applies to villa accommodations throughout Greece.

This tax is payable separately upon arrival and currently consists of:

• €15 per day
• plus 0.5% of the total booking amount

These charges are determined by the Greek authorities and may be adjusted in the future.
